Dear Members of EANM,
The next EANM Members’ Assembly will be held during EANM’12 in Milan:

Time: 16:30 - 18:00
Venue: MiCo Milan/Level 0/Space 1
Please access https://esociety.netkey.at/vereint/eanm/veanm/index.php and login with your last name and member ID to reach the members area. There you will find a subline “Members’ Assemblies” where you will be able to download the following documents:
- Agenda Members’ Assembly, October 30, 2012
- Minutes Members’ Assembly, October 18, 2011 Birmingham
- Re-election of the Treasurer 2013 – 2014 including the CV and seconders list of the candidate
- Proposal of EANM Honorary Member 2012 including CVs of the candidates
Reflecting the continuous increase of EANM activities, the agenda of this year’s Members’ Assembly is very tight. Should you have any other items you would like to bring to discussion during the Members’ Assembly in Milan, please let us know early enough to permit some preparation.
Please be advised that access to the Members’ Assembly is granted only to “members in good standing” that have paid their membership dues for 2012 - this will be marked on your congress badge for EANM'12 Milan. Therefore, we ask you to make sure that you have paid your dues for 2012. Please contact Mr. Henrik Silber at h.silber@eanm.org if you want to make your membership payment before the Members' Assembly. If you wish you can also pay immediately before the Members' Assembly and get ad hoc access.
