Sponsorship Programme for EJNMMI family
One of the main goals of the EANM is to improve public health and promote science and education in the field of nuclear medicine. This includes producing, publishing and supporting professional journal(s) in the field of nuclear medicine, molecular imaging, diagnostic imaging and therapy related subjects. The EANM aims at increasing the coverage of high-quality nuclear medicine research by supporting the EJNMMI journal family as one of its scientific pillars.
About the EJNMMI Journal Family
The aim of the European Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging is to provide a forum for the exchange of clinical and scientific information for the nuclear medicine community and allied professions involved in the functional, metabolic and molecular investigation of disease.
Further members of the EJNMMI Journal Family include:
|»||EJNMMI Radiopharmacy and Chemistry|
|»||European Journal of Hybrid Imaging – The EJNMMI Multimodality Journal|
EANM Sponsorship Programme for EJNMMI family
In 2016 the EANM Board decided to allocate funds to a dedicated Publication Fee Sponsorship Programme for the entire EJNMMI journal family. Through this programme the EANM will cover the charges that arise for open choice publications in the EJNMMI and open access publications in EJNMMI Research, EJNMMI Physics, EJNMMI Radiopharmacy and Chemistry as well as the European Journal of Hybrid Imaging.
How it works
When submitting your paper to the EJNMMI, choose open choice as publication type – all publications submitted to the open access journals of the EJNMMI family will automatically be considered for the Sponsorship Programme. The decision about the allocation of the EANM-covered waivers is taken solely by the Editor in Chief of the respective journal
Eligible authors are informed about the EANM sponsorship of their publication charges when receiving the notification of acceptance including further information on the reimbursement process. Authors of publications financially supported by the EANM sponsorship programme will be asked to include EANM in the acknowledgements of their article.
Chosen authors profit from a broader reach of their publication, without limitations regarding the copyright of their work.
