Practical Management of Thyroid Cancer: A Multidisciplinary Team Discussion

UEMS EACCME has granted the accreditation of 12 CME credits for this event.
This course aims to provide knowledge and practical skills for the multidisciplinary management of thyroid cancer in view of the most recent different guidelines. Attendees will be challenged with case discussion during an interactive session to define the best diagnostic and therapeutic strategies in patients with thyroid cancer, including differentiated and refractory disease. Radioactive Iodine treatment with dosimetric estimates as well as combined therapeutic approaches with local and systemic therapies will be discussed.
All the participants are invited to bring their own challenging clinical cases to be discussed in a multidisciplinary team.

The target audience includes Nuclear Medicine specialists and researchers, Endocrinologists, Oncologists and Residents.
Two “bring your own case” activities are included in the course programme. Thus, we would like to kindly ask the participants to prepare one or two relevant clinical cases to discuss with our facilitators and the whole class in the framework of the course.

The course allows a maximum of 50 participants. Registrations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the EANM Office. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. Substitutions will be accepted if the name and e-mail address of the substitute are sent to the EANM Office 4 weeks prior to the event. In the case of cancellation 4 weeks before the course, we will refund you the fee less a € 100,- administration charge.
After this date, we cannot grant any refund for cancellations. Any refund will take place after the respective course. EANM will not be held liable for cancellation fees of hotels, airlines, or other means of transportation.
All cancellations due to the current COVID-19 pandemic will get a full refund (no cancellation fee applies). The admin fee waiver will be applicable up to one month after the publication of the new course dates on this website.
